The
Museum of Modern Art in NYC has a pretty interesting layout for their website. It's got to be the only site I've come across that has its menu at the bottom of the screen. I also like their use of a photo mosaic to create continuity between their pages. That combined with their bright color scheme represents the art in their collection very well.
